Sophie Bernard is Associate Professor of Physics at the Faculty of Basic and Biomedical Sciences of Paris Descartes University. Her current research is focused on the real-time analysis of the process of myelination, the quantification of cytoskeleton remodeling and Wnt signaling. She is the educational manager of the international Master’s 1 program in BioMedical Engineering and co-head of the Institute of Neuroscience and Cognition

  • Implication of the Wnt and LXR signaling pathways during myelination
  • Wnt/b-catenin signaling and cytoskeletal remodeling of glial cells
  • Multivariate statistical analysis of biological data & high-dimensional data analysis
